Clomifene is used for treating female infertility and for certain conditions as determined by your doctor. Clomifene is an ovalatory stimulant. It works by helping to produce more hormones that cause your ovaries to release.
Dosage-:
Clomifene is a administered to stimulate ovulation 50 mg 1 time a day bedtime, starting from the 5th day of the menstrual cycle during 5. In case of no effect increase the dose to 150 mg/day or lengthen the course to 10 days. Take exactly as prescribed, do not take the medication in larger quantities. Take Clomifene by mouth with or without food. Properly timed sexual intercourse important for a good result. Ovulation occurs 5 to 10 days after a dose of Clomifene. If pregnancy has not been successful after 3 courses of treatment, further treatment is not recommended. Long-term use of Clomifene is not recommended.
